I’m Claudia
I live in Tuscany, near Pisa, and I plan weddings here for couples flying in from the United States, Europe and beyond. No agency, no account manager, no team you’ll never meet: just me, my judgment, and vendors I’ve chosen over years of working in these hills.
A private villa, a vineyard estate, a hilltop hamlet: we find the place that fits the two of you, and I’m your eyes, your guide and your Italian on the ground.

One planner, from the first idea to the last toast
i.Planning & design
The whole wedding, designed around the two of you, not around a template.
ii.Venue scouting
Villas, wineries and historic hamlets across Tuscany, plus Umbria, Liguria and beyond. I visit them for you, so you don’t have to fly over just to look.
iii.Vendor curation
Florists, photographers, caterers, stationers: local pros I trust, with more than one option for every part of the day.
iv.On the day
I run the day, and the rest of the weekend if you plan one, so you and your guests can simply be there.

Where we start
Every wedding is built from scratch, so there’s no menu. These are starting points: your real number comes after our first call.
If your budget is well below them, I’ll tell you straight on that call and, when I can, point you to a colleague who’s a better fit.
You’ve planned it all yourselves. I step in for the final month, walk through everything with your vendors, and run the day you’ve built.
Full planning for a smaller wedding: budget setting, the venue search and visits, vendor contracts, the full design, your ceremony paperwork, a direct WhatsApp line to me, and I direct the whole day.
Everything in full planning, sized for a bigger guest list and more moving parts. Still one person, from the first call to the last song.
Venue and vendors bill you directly. My fee covers the wedding day; a welcome dinner, a pool party, a pizza night or a farewell brunch can be added and are quoted separately. No VAT added (Italian flat-rate scheme).
