I’m Claudia Magni
I plan weddings in Tuscany and across Italy. I work with Italian couples and with couples who fly in from the other side of the world, and in both cases I start from the same question: what kind of day do you actually want, and what do you need so that you can live it rather than run it?
I don’t plan weddings designed for photographs. The photographs come out well when the wedding is good to be at, not the other way round.
When I know it went well
A wedding hasn’t gone well simply because every detail was beautiful. It has gone well when nobody needs to notice how much work it took.

Behind the scenes
How I work
In the months before the wedding I mostly do three things: I test the ideas, I hold the suppliers together, and I tell you clearly when something isn’t going to work. The ideas you arrive with are almost always right in substance, but they have to be measured against a date, a place, a budget and a number of guests. I’d rather decide what to keep, change or let go with you, with the numbers in front of us, than discover it two weeks before the day.
Then there’s the part you’ll barely see: site visits, contracts, timings, suppliers who need to talk to each other. That complexity is always there. You just don’t have to handle it.
On the wedding day. I’m there from the morning, moving between the people who are making things work, so that you and your guests don’t have to notice anything: no flat moments, food on time, shade for anyone too hot, nobody left waiting without knowing what for. And if at some point in the evening you see me standing still with a drink in my hand, it means everything is going well.
