Every wedding is built from scratch, so there’s no menu. These are starting points: your real number comes after our first call.

If your budget is well below them, I’ll tell you straight on that call and, when I can, point you to a colleague who’s a better fit.

You’ve planned it all yourselves. I step in for the final month, walk through everything with your vendors, and run the day you’ve built.

Full planning for a smaller wedding: budget setting, the venue search and visits, vendor contracts, the full design, your ceremony paperwork, a direct WhatsApp line to me, and I direct the whole day.

Everything in full planning, sized for a bigger guest list and more moving parts. Still one person, from the first call to the last song.

Venue and vendors bill you directly. My fee covers the wedding day; a welcome dinner, a pool party, a pizza night or a farewell brunch can be added and are quoted separately. No VAT added (Italian flat-rate scheme).

What full planning includes

  • A first consultation and budget setting

  • Guidance on the legal paperwork for your ceremony

What’s not included

  • Venue and vendor fees: they bill you directly
  • Events beyond the wedding day, like a welcome dinner, a pool party or a farewell brunch: quoted separately on request

About the numbers

Money questions

Why no price list?
Because every wedding is built from scratch: thirty guests and a hundred and twenty are different projects. Tell me what you have in mind on our first call, and I’ll give you a realistic picture of what it takes.
Is VAT added?
No. I work under Italy’s flat-rate scheme, so no VAT is added to my fee.
Who pays the venue and the vendors?
You do, directly: they invoice you themselves. My fee is for planning, design and coordination.
Full planning or coordination only: which one do we need?
Full planning means I’m with you from start to finish: designing, choosing, coordinating. Coordination is for couples who’ve planned it all themselves: I join for the final month to go over everything with your vendors, then run the day.
Can we make it a whole weekend?
Absolutely, more and more couples do. My fee covers the wedding day itself; a welcome dinner, a pool party, a pizza night or a farewell brunch can be added and are quoted separately.
